Tasked to increase marketing efficiencies for this large and growing health insurer for seniors, ROI Marketing used known customer data and profiles to segment, micro-target, and convert new customers.
Responsible for aspects of strategic planning through implementation, ROI contributions have included the building of a proprietary database, audience segmentation and targeting models and analysis of cost efficiencies across all media. ROI’s work has led to a doubling of response rates, while enabling a 50% reduction, for instance, in direct marketing costs in the first 2 years of activity.

By first defining the key drivers of the business, ROI established the baseline measures of ticket and hospitality sales. Then using advanced modeling and optimization technology, we recalibrated the marketing, media and geographic mix to accurately quantify the company's potential efficiencies and return-on-investment at differing levels of spend and media mix. The result was a roadmap for achieving a 20%+ increase in sales from “same spend”, and a 35% increase in sales from “increased spend”.
